We know - no one likes to pay for shipping (us included!). You expect your products to reach you safe and sound, timely, and free of shipping charges. Well, your wish is granted, which is why we offer free shipping across India on a Paid Orders. So shop your heart out and leave the shipping hassles to Us!

SHIPPING POLICY

Pali Mills will ensure that the products are delivered in an excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of placing the order and it usually takes another 2-10 working days for domestic orders (India) to reach your door steps (subject to transit conditions).

• International order takes up to 15 - 20 working days to be delivered.
• Although we strive hard to deliver the orders in the given turnaround time (5-6 working days for the ready fabrics) and (7-10 working days for customized fabric order), however there could be rare instances wherein the order could get delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
• The delivery days mentioned are approximate only. Since we rely on our courier partners for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside our control.
• We can process only one shipping address per order, hence if you would like to ship products to multiple addresses then you are required to place separate orders.
• Extra charges shall be applicable on all international orders.
• All the taxes and duties for international orders will be borne by the customers.
• Amount mentioned on the payment page will be the final amount.
• Prices are inclusive of all charges and taxes (terms and conditions apply).
• Delivery of an order shall be completed when the goods are delivered to the address you give us.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.
• By placing the order from Pali Mills website you authorize our logistics partner to get in touch with you for any concern regarding their services.
• Customs once applied shall be borne by the customer whatsoever. For return of an international order, the amount of the customs applied will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

International Shipping

We provide free shipping to international locations for all prepaid orders above USD 150. For orders with a total amount less than USD 150, we charge a USD 15 towards the shipping and handling charges.

We provide shipping within India and to multiple locations outside India. We have tie-ups with leading logistics provider to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure a safe and fast delivery to you.

Please note that the Cash on Delivery option is not available for orders being shipped to international locations outside India.

We understand you are eagerly waiting for ordered fabric to be delivered to you at the earliest. Our standard dispatch timelines range from between 1 – 4 weeks from the date of successful placement of your order. we dispatch it within 2 – 3 working days from the date of successful placement of you order.

Unforeseen circumstances on our or the logistics provider’s end may sometimes cause delays, however, please be rest assured that our customer service team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to get your orders delivered at the earliest. Customs and Import Duties Information on International Shipments:

Your order may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. An additional charge towards import, customs and taxes may be levied by the custom authorities, and the same shall be borne by you. Please note that Pali Mills has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actual. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend contacting the local customs office or their website for further information.

Exchange Outside India

Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders, unless the product is damaged or defective.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following:

• Lack of authorization for any transaction/s.
• Exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your banks.
• Any payment issues arising out of the transaction.
• Decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
